For more than a decade, Triton has offered international travel to places all over the world at extremely reasonable rates, for between 1 to 4 hours of Humanities 296 transferable college credit in what the college catalog calls "Special Topics." This Study & Travel program was developed by faculty of the Undergraduate Center Program of Triton College. Their dream was to enhance and further our students' understanding of other cultures and people by actually going there. The online course is meant to function as an electronic study aid for each traveler, as well as a way for our students to have quick access to their course and fellow student-travelers, perhaps while sipping cappucino in a wifi / internet cafe in Paris.
